As of December 31, 2010 AMB owned, or had investments in, properties and development projects expected to total approximately 159.6 million square feet (14.8 million square meters), comprising:

• 141.9 million square feet (13.2 million square meters) owned and managed portfolio
• 7.5 million square feet (0.7 million square meters) of AMB's investments in unconsolidated joint ventures that AMB does not manage and that are excluded from the owned and managed portfolio
• 9 million square feet (0.8 million square meters) development portfolio

Our buildings are located in 49 markets in 15 countries and are occupied by approximately 2,600 customers.
