Governance

Central to good corporate governance is management’s duty to give all investors–whether large institutions or private individuals–access to quality information about a company’s performance and intent before the purchase and during the holding period of any publicly traded security. While most companies aim for accountability toward shareholders, AMB thinks of governance more broadly — by making our management team accountable not only to our stockholders, but to our bondholders, employees and partners as well.

We try to do what is right, not just what is allowed, and we work hard to maintain and continually improve our governance practices. We take great pride in the fact that we have long been recognized for our proactiveness in this regard.
