As of March 31, 2008, AMB owned, or had investments in, properties and development projects expected to total approximately 150.2 million square feet (14.0 million m2), comprised of:

  • 121.7 million square feet (11.3 million m2) owned and managed portfolio
  • 18.2 million square feet (1.7 million m2) of industrial property under development
  • 2.8 million square feet (0.3 million m2) of recently completed development projects available for sale or contribution
  • 7.5 million square feet (0.7 million m2) of AMB’s investments in unconsolidated joint ventures that AMB does not manage and which are excluded from the owned and managed portfolio
