  • Preference for warehouse properties built for distribution or freight forwarding
  • Properties that can be expanded or renovated
  • Entitled land for development
  • Selective investment in well located flex/service center and light manufacturing buildings
  • Supply-constrained submarkets located in AMB target markets
  • Additional target markets with good highway access, near select airports or seaports, or as part of a multi-city portfolio
