South Korea’s Incheon International Airport is located within an established global trade/distribution route, making it a logical location for a major global logistics hub. South Korea is now the United States’ seventh-largest trading partner and the world’s 10th largest trading nation.
AMB entered the South Korean market in 2007 with a development project in the free economic zone adjacent to the cargo terminal area of Incheon International Airport in Seoul. The airport is the world’s second largest in cargo volumes and the primary logistics hub serving Korea and greater Northeast Asia. It is expected to have a cargo handling capacity of 4.5 million metric tons by 2008.
AMB has opened an office in Seoul.
