Our employment policies prohibit discrimination and unfair labor practices. AMB’s Human Resources department has organizational responsibility for workplace and employment policies.

We expect our vendors, contractors and consultants to adhere to recognized international standards for human rights, employee hiring and labor practices. We do not currently review or require our vendors, contractors and consultants to adhere to or document human rights practices as a condition of working with AMB.

Amongst other sessions, the department sponsors an interactive training where employees are coached on workplace behavior and decision-making. All AMB employees complete mandatory 2- to 2.5-hour sexual harassment prevention training. To further develop these initiatives, AMB provides to all employees a globally accessible online resource page with up-to-date policies and procedures pertaining to labor laws. These policies are reviewed regularly to ensure accurate and comprehensible communication.
