AMB also provides opportunities for informal learning, through periodic All-Hands meetings to address companywide issues in an informal and interactive setting and brownbag lunches, where recent industry events are reported upon by those in attendance. More recently, AMB’s CEO has created a series of “video chats” to make information about the current economic instability and its effect on AMB’s business plans available to all employees.
